Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a phone call on Wednesday from HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic Antonio Tajani. The conversation focused on cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them.
According to Qatar News Agency, the call also addressed developments in the region, particularly in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories. Additionally, discussions included efforts to reach a broader agreement with Iran regarding its nuclear program. Several other topics of common interest were also on the agenda, underscoring the importance of ongoing dialogue between Qatar and Italy.
