Doha: The State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Thailand have signed an agreement to exempt holders of diplomatic, official, and special passports from visa requirements. This agreement marks a significant step in strengthening the diplomatic ties and facilitating easier travel for officials between the two nations.
According to Qatar News Agency, the agreement was signed by His Excellency Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi and His Excellency Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Maris Sangiampongsa. The signing ceremony highlights the commitment of both countries to enhance bilateral relations and foster cooperation in various fields.
