Manama:The State of Qatar took part in the 31st ministerial meeting of the GCC Electricity and Water Cooperation Committee.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting was held in Manama, Bahrain, with Qatar's delegation led by HE Minister of State for Energy Affairs Eng. Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi.
The discussions focused on cooperation in electricity and water among the Gulf Cooperation Council's member states, addressing electricity interconnectivity, water security, and the growing regional energy demand. The meeting also evaluated progress since the last session and emphasized the importance of joint efforts to overcome challenges and achieve shared objectives.
