Doha:The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index experienced an increase on Monday, climbing by 101.91 points, or 1.15 percent, to conclude at 8,976.64.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session saw a volume of 94,861,813 shares exchanged, with a total turnover of QAR 253,506,267.541 achieved through 20,526 transactions across all market sectors.
During the session, 30 companies recorded advances in their share prices, while 18 companies saw declines. Five companies maintained their previous closing prices.
The market capitalization increased to QAR 545,519,750,129.892 by the end of trading, up from QAR 539,796,505,29.014 in the prior session.
