Doha: Qatari newspapers emphasized in their Thursday editorials that the security and stability of the State of Qatar were results of wise leadership, a long-term strategic vision, a firmly established social cohesion, and continuous efforts exerted by state institutions and their national cadres. They also noted the directives of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to continue working diligently to ensure the continued provision of services in various sectors without disruption, which enhances confidence, preserves stability, and sends a reassuring message to everyone who lives in the country.
According to Qatar News Agency, the newspapers stressed that Qatar, through its leadership and active diplomacy, was working to support all efforts aimed at reducing escalation and ensuring the stability of the region, believing that the end of all crises must be resolved at the negotiating table. This was based on the fact that diplomacy remains the best option for dealing with regional crises, and that accelerating the return to dialogue and the negotiating table to stop the attacks will be in the interest of all the peoples of the region, and in strengthening security and peace at the regional and international levels.

The newspaper asserted that Qatar was currently experiencing a pivotal national moment, embodying the highest ideals of unity between the leadership and the people, and highlighting the strength of the state, the resilience of its institutions, and its ability to confront challenges with steadfastness and determination. It is led with wisdom and insight by HH the Amir, in defense of national sovereignty and in preservation of the security and stability of the homeland, in light of a dangerous military escalation whose repercussions have extended to targeting Qatari lands and some vital facilities, the paper added.
Concluding its editorial, Al-Raya said that thanks to the awareness of its leadership, the efficiency of its institutions, and the solidarity of its people all affirm that a strong state is not one that confronts challenges with weapons alone, but one that effectively manages crises, maintains its social cohesion, and continues to play its responsible role in promoting regional and international security and stability.
In turn, Al-Sharq newspaper said in its editorial that with the continuation of Iranian attacks, the State of Qatar gives priority to defending its territory, ensuring the safety of its citizens, residents and visitors, and guaranteeing that the situation proceeds normally. In this context, the Qatari Armed Forces are demonstrating high efficiency in dealing with all threats and repelling attacks coming from Iran, as they have largely succeeded in limiting any significant damage on the ground, thus protecting Qatar territory and infrastructure, Al-Sharq underlined. At the same time, the state security services and service institutions are leading tremendous efforts to ensure stability, and to ensure that the lives of the population continue normally, and that they feel safe and are not affected by the threats and repercussions of these attacks.
