QICDRC Engages in AI and Evidence Discussions at London International Disputes Week 2026

London: The Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) participated in the London International Disputes Week 2026 (LIDW26), represented by the President of the Qatar International Court, Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd. As part of the main conference programme at the QEII Centre in London, Lord Thomas took part in a panel discussion titled "AI, Authenticity and the Future of Evidence: Trust in a Synthetic World".

According to Qatar News Agency, the session examined how the international disputes community can maintain confidence in evidence while addressing the opportunities and challenges posed by transformational artificial intelligence. During the week, Lord Thomas also engaged in a series of high-level events, including a dinner hosted by Monckton Chambers and Michelman Robinson LLP themed "Arbitration as the Guardian of the Rule of Law in an Unstable World". Additional engagements included the London International Disputes Week Co-Chairs' Dinner at Livery Hall and the BarMENA dinner event at The Delaunay.
