Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from August 31 to September 4, 2025, reached QR 394,349,422.
According to Qatar News Agency, total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period amounted to QR 124,490,727. The weekly bulletin issued by the Department highlighted that the list of traded real estate properties included empty lands, houses, residential buildings, commercial residential buildings, commercial-residential buildings and shops, commercial buildings, and residential units.
The report indicated that sales were concentrated in several key areas including Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Al Daayen, Al Shamal, Umm Slal, and Al Khor and Al Thakhira municipalities. Additionally, notable transactions occurred in The Pearl Island, Lusail, Al Kharayej, and Ghar Thuaileb zones.
