Saudi Stock Market Experiences Decline as Main and Parallel Indices Fall

Riyadh: The main index of the Saudi stock market closed lower on Thursday, shedding 33.64 points to reach 11,495.72 points, with a total trading volume of SAR 6.4 billion.

According to Qatar News Agency, a total of 322 million shares were traded, with stocks of 96 companies seeing an increase in value, while shares of 148 companies declined.

Meanwhile, the parallel market index (Nomu) also closed lower by 283.31 points to reach 25,306.09 points, recording a trading volume of SAR 56 million and over 6 million shares traded.
