Saudi Stock Market Index Closes Higher


Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s main index on Monday added 135.45 points to close at 10,867.04 points, with trades valued at SR4.8 billion.



According to Qatar News Agency, the volume of shares traded during the session reached 260 million shares. The shares of 223 companies recorded an increase in their value, while the shares of 23 companies closed in decline.



The Saudi Parallel Stock Index (Nomu) also experienced a rise on Monday, increasing by 268.19 points to close at 26,672.63 points. Trades were valued at SR46 million, with the volume of shares traded exceeding 4 million shares.
