Muscat: Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of the Sultanate of Oman received a written message from President Azali Assoumani of the Union of the Comoros, focusing on the bilateral relations between the two nations.
According to Qatar News Agency, the message was delivered to Oman's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Badr bin Hamad Albusaidi, during a meeting in Muscat with Comoros' Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mbae Mohamed. The meeting centered on the development of bilateral ties and explored ways to enhance cooperation in sectors such as food security, transportation, and tourism, aiming for mutual benefits.
Additionally, both parties reviewed various issues and developments of common interest and discussed efforts to promote peace, harmony, and global stability.
