Damascus: HE President of the Syrian Arab Republic Ahmed Al Sharaa met on Saturday with HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi.
According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting, HE the Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conveyed HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani's greetings to HE the President of the Syrian Arab Republic. He also expressed His Highness's wishes for good health and happiness to the President, along with hopes for enduring progress and prosperity for the government and people of Syria.
In response, HE the President of the Syrian Arab Republic asked the Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to convey his greetings to HH the Amir. He also extended wishes for good health and happiness to His Highness and expressed hopes for continued progress, development, and prosperity for the State of Qatar.
The discussion between the two sides focused on deepening and expanding bilateral cooperation in various fields, alongside a range of matters of shared interest.
