Doha: The 3rd Fintech Summit will take place in Doha on Wednesday, organized by the Qatar Association of Certified Public Accountants (QCPA).
According to Qatar News Agency, the summit will attract a lineup of decision-makers, tech experts, entrepreneurs, and academics to foster collaborations, explore opportunities, and exchange expertise. The event aims to enhance the digital economy, accelerate the transition to advanced digital services, and keep pace with the rapid development in technology. Additionally, it seeks to solidify the State of Qatar’s leading position in the financial sector amid the growing reliance on fintech.
The summit will discuss several key topics, including artificial intelligence in fintech, customer experience transformation, the latest fintech innovations, investment opportunities, and risks for capital owners. It will also cover the future of digital banking services, legal and regulatory frameworks, and supervisory practices to enable new technologies to enhance financial services delivery and protect the financial system’s integrity against risks of technology misuse.
The summit serves as an opportunity to gain new insights into the latest developments in digital financial transactions and the digital revolution’s latest technologies and challenges. It will also showcase success stories in the sector and present the latest concepts and innovations in digital fintech and its role in improving financial and banking services.
Held in strategic partnership with the University of Doha for Science and Technology, and sponsored by Qatar Development Bank and Qatar Tourism, the summit will include participants from tech solution providers, investors, financial and banking institutions, technology consultants, financial and banking sectors regulators, and end-users of digital fintech services.
