Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange’s MSX 30 index closed on Sunday at 4479.03 points, gaining 0.7 points, or 0.75 percent, compared to the previous trading session’s close of 4478.28 points. The trading value reached OMR 1.568 million compared to the previous session’s value of OMR 3 million.
According to Qatar News Agency, a report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange noted that the market capitalization decreased by 0.086 percent compared to the last trading day, reaching approximately OMR 27.32 billion. The value of non-Omani purchases in the stock exchange amounted to OMR 223,000, representing 14.25 percent, while the value of non-Omani sales amounted to OMR 147,000, representing 9.35 percent. The net non-Omani investment increased by OMR 77,000, representing 4.89 percent.
