The jury of the final qualifiers of the 43rd edition of the King Abdulaziz International Competition for Memorization, Recitation and Interpretation of the Holy Quran has listened this morning to the recitations of 11 contestants from Lebanon, Togo, Chad, Indonesia, Jordan, Mali, Italy, Nigeria, Congo, Yemen and Sierra Leone.

It will resume its work in the evening to listen to the recitations of other contestants from different countries.

The King Abdulaziz International Competition is held under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and currently taking place at the Grand Mosque in Makkah. It features 166 contestants from 117 countries.
