Kuwait, Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah signed an order today appointing Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah as Deputy Amir while the Amir is abroad, according to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
