Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Sunday as the All Share Index gained 3.71 points to reach 8602.13 points, an increase of 0.04 percent. As many as 862.7 million shares valued at KWD 113.1 million (roughly USD 369.6 million) were traded via 40,274 transactions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 103.34 points to reach 7555.72 points, an increase of 1.39 percent. This was achieved through 737.2 million shares conducted via 33,633 transactions valued at KWD 78.7 million (roughly USD 257.2 million).
The Premier Market Index experienced a decrease of 20.97 points to reach 9288.29, which was up by 0.23 percent. This occurred through 125.4 million shares executed in 6,641 transactions valued at KWD 34.3 million (roughly USD 112.1 million).
Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index gained 124.46 points to reach 7576.49 points, an increase of 1.67 percent. This was achieved through a stock volume of 501.2 million shares done in 18,187 deals at a value of KWD 51 million (roughly USD 166.7 million).
