Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Sunday as the All Share Index lost 47.06 points to reach 8,791.02 points, a decrease of 0.53 percent. As many as 287.7 million shares valued at KWD 69.5 million (roughly USD 212 million) were traded via 17,471 transactions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went down by 27.85 points to reach 8,129.48 points, down by 0.34 percent, through 126.5 million shares done via 9,404 transactions valued at KWD 17.5 million (roughly USD 53.3 million).
The Premier Market Index experienced a loss of 54.08 points to reach 9,389.64 points, down by 0.57 percent. This was achieved through 161.2 million shares done via 8,067 transactions valued at KWD 51.9 million (roughly USD 158.2 million).
Meanwhile, the bourse Main 50 Index fell by 26.27 points to reach 8,615.31 points, down by 0.30 percent. This decline occurred through a stock volume of 78.7 million shares conducted in 5,621 deals at a value of KWD 12.15 million (roughly USD 37 million).
