Martyrs and Injured Reported as Occupation Forces Continue Bombardment of Northern Gaza

Gaza: At least one Palestinian was martyred and several others were injured on Monday as Israeli occupation forces continued their bombardment of the northern Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, areas south of the city of Khan Younis have also been subjected to continuous artillery shelling.

According to Qatar News Agency, in central Gaza, heavy machine gun fire was reported northeast of Al-Bureij camp. Since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, 52,535 Palestinians have been martyred - most of them women and children - and 118,491 others have been injured. The true toll is likely even higher, as countless victims remain trapped under the rubble or lie in the streets, unreachable by ambulance and rescue teams due to ongoing hostilities and access restrictions.
