Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Sunday's trading session higher by 24.34 points, or 0.24 percent, reaching 10,045.18 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, a total of 119,902,650 shares were traded during the session, with a total value of QAR 299,183,768.362 through 20,108 transactions across all sectors. The trading activity saw the shares of 22 companies advancing, while 29 others experienced declines, and two companies' shares remained unchanged.
At the close of trading, market capitalization stood at QAR 603,500,061,773.024, showing an increase compared to QAR 601,340,435,012.114 in the previous session.
