Doha: A soldier was killed and three others were injured in a suspicious object explosion in southern Lebanon.
According to Qatar News Agency, a statement by the Lebanese Army indicated that while a specialized army unit was conducting an engineering survey of a site in the Wadi al Aziziya area of Tyre, a suspicious object exploded. The explosion resulted in the death of one member of the unit and left three others moderately wounded.
