Transport Minister Talks about Saudi Arabia’s Green Efforts at COP28 Roundtable

Leipzig, Saudi Minister of Transport and Logistic Services Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser has joined a roundtable discussion and highlighted Saudi Arabia’s endeavors to promote environmental sustainability through projects like the Saudi Green Initiative.

At the roundtable, held on the sidelines of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Leipzig, Germany, and attended by representatives of participating countries, Al-Jasser also presented the transport and logistics sector’s latest developments, which align with the goals of Vision 2030, and examples of how modern transportation technologies in the Kingdom contribute to achieving environmental goals.

After the meeting, Al-Jasser toured the conference’s exhibition. He was briefed on the latest developments in the transportation and logistics sector, as well as on opportunities to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise in the field.
