Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced that it will provide urgent consultation services to patients who need this type of service in a timely manner. Through a tweet on Twitter, it noted that the service can be obtained by calling 16,000 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday to Thursday and select option 3.
HMC added the service is available for several cases, including the need for specialized medical consultation that is not related to the coronavirus urgently, the need to re-disburse medications, and in case the person suffers from some changes in his health condition and does not have a medical appointment soon.
The service provides medical consultations in 12 specializations and includes general medicine, geriatrics, neurology, orthopedic surgery, urology, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, surgery, nose, ear and throat, pain therapy, and mental health.
