Trainees of the College of Telecom and Electronics in Jeddah won first places in the International Invention, Innovation and Technology Exhibition (ITEX 2023), held in Malaysia from May 11 to 14.
A slew of countries, global organisations, as well as industrial, communication and healthcare companies participated in the exhibition.
The awarded trainees are: Asaad Sultan Al-Rifi, who received the gold medal and won first place in recognition for the tree-climbing robot project, Ammar Haroun Mansour, who reached first place for the hospital pharmacist robot project, and Ammar Saeed Al-Juhani who got second place for the Smart Nose Project
