Riyadh: Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani took part today in the Summit of Heads of Supreme Courts and Constitutional Courts of G20 member states, held in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro from May 12 to 14.
Participants discussed the opportunities, challenges and risks associated with integrating technological tools, particularly AI, in the justice system, and explored the innovative technologies used by the courts of G20 members.
The summit addresses various topics, including the promotion of citizenship and social inclusion by the judiciary, climate litigation and sustainable development, and digital transformation and the use of technology to enhance judicial efficiency.
