Dakar, March 25, 2023, SPA — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) inaugurated yesterday the food basket project in Senegal, at the headquarters of the Saudi Embassy in Dakar. The inauguration was attended by the Saudi Ambassador to Senegal, Saad bin Abdullah Al-Nufaie, and several government officials in Senegal.
The project aims to distribute 2,253 food baskets, each weighing 70 kilograms, including basic foodstuffs such as rice, oil, and sugar, benefiting 20,277 people, in 4 regions in Dakar.
This comes within the relief and humanitarian efforts undertaken by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to provide food security in many countries around the world.
