The Palestine Islamic Bank and the Ministry of Local Government discuss joint cooperation

Ramallah – Together – Research by the Director General of the Palestine Islamic Bank, Dr. Imad Al-Saadi with His Excellency the Minister of Local Government, Dr. Sami Hijjawi strengthened joint cooperation between the two sides during a meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry of Local Government in the city of Ramallah.

Dr. welcomed. Sami Hijawi, Director General of the Palestine Islamic Bank, and his accompanying delegation, stressing the importance of strengthening cooperation between the private and government sectors in a way that contributes to achieving comprehensive development and raising the level of services provided to citizens.

For his part, Al-Saadi stressed the important role played by the Ministry of Local Government and local authorities in the development process and enhancing the steadfastness of citizens, expressing his hope for continued success for His Excellency the Minister and all the Ministry’s teams in achieving the plans and goals they aspire to.

Al-Saadi also stressed the ke
enness of the Palestine Islamic Bank to enhance cooperation with various sectors, especially the government sector, in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable and comprehensive development within the framework of effective community participation and overcoming the obstacles faced by our people and their institutions in the various governorates of the country.

Al-Saadi added: ‘Our strategy at the Palestine Islamic Bank is based on contributing to the development process through our annual program for sustainable social responsibility, through which we implement dozens of development projects and contributions through partnerships with institutions in many sectors, especially the local government sector, in addition to a series of projects.’ The other is with the sectors of health, education, youth and people with special needs.’
