Food Security and Environmental Sustainability Hackathon Starts at King Faisal University

Al-Ahsa, The Food Security and Environmental Sustainability hackathon started yesterday at the King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa as part of the second International Conference on Food Security and Environmental Sustainability.

The three-day event will bring together a group of innovators, developers and experts in food security, environmental sustainability and artificial intelligence to create digital solutions and develop applications that help achieve a better future for food security and environmental sustainability.

On its first day, the hackathon presented to participants a number of programs, including “Innovation in Food Security and Environmental Sustainability” and “Supply Chains in Food Security” workshops, in addition to offering tours with expert guides in food security, environmental sustainability, and artificial intelligence, to answer the participants’ relevant questions.
